I expect the US Dollar to turn bearish for some time after this week. The bearish move will quite possibly begin on Wednesday if/when ADP numbers and the FOMC minutes disappoint Dollar bulls. Initially, the US Dollar should continue it's bullish pullback. But I don't expect this to last, due to fiscal policy concerns and the unlikeness of a June rate hike.
If the Fed truly does wish to space out three rate hikes over the course of this year, a June hike may be slightly early. And even if a June hike does occur, the US Dollar is likely to suffer until June is more directly on the horizon.
