Bullish cypher possible here ETHUSD if we get a confirmed local top around 148-150. This is the more immediate bearish outlook of ETH touching the bottom of the large wedge before heading back towards the upper bounds

The harmonic would be valid as is actually Point C can range from 113-141% Eth hit this local top as btc did as well. BTC made a 141% retrace so this harmonic is valid for both BTC and ETH.
