To succeed or not ... Third time lucky? So far so good. If this small, odd yet surprisingly robust little fork holds up it will take the Euro entirely out of a major 18 month downtrend fork, upper line as shown, a cyclical break. It's popped out once, tapped it back in June but has never 'climbed' out like this on any kind of structure. Even if it fails at some point, given the little helping hands I wouldn't be surprised to see a major resistance line become support. IMO if successful this is a major behavioural shift.
