Social Capital Hedosophia Holdings Corp V (NYSE: IPOE) announced a merger with SoFi last week. Palihapitiya has also invested in SPAC deals involving MP Materials (NYSE: MP), Desktop Metal (NYSE: DM) and INSU Acquisition Corp II (NASDAQ: INAQ) target Metromile.
