I have been watching NZDUSD for a week now and I really expected the cut rate would drop the NZD but it didn't.
I got 2 positions 0.73150 and 0.72860 executed during the cut rate minute :D, but I plan to add some position there when it will test 0.7298 - 0.73045 if it will make higher high I will cut them all because I hit SL one already on my last idea.

The NZDUSD will go down to 0.7100 in the next 8 hours. Keep positions. The market doesnt lie. The cut rate must carry minimum to nzdusd but, we are all waiting for 0.7100 ;-) Keep calm and drink a beer.
