PAY/USD is breaking up after a long drawn-drawn out sell off. This coin has been under-performing against the cryptocurrency market and is due for a noticeable rally. I am expecting a fresh bubble to be emerging in coins that are integrated with mobile payment applications and VISA cards going into 2019 as this area of the crypto market has not yet matured.
I believe this entry point is extremely low and that the coin is of great value below $1.00
