The fed has plans of releasing a digital dollar later on this year could leave PayPal fundamentally crippled as the Fed plans on distributing it's own software to process payments leaving Payment processors like Paypal to seem very redundant.
Because of this and because of the price action we are seeing on the chart; I believe Paypal is due for a retracement downwards, Perhaps to fill the Gap from May of 2020
