USDCHF has not finished its top yet. Price still want to rise up to retest 1.01-1.03. That would be a wave 3 up. That new swing we expected still need some time to confirm after the top has firmed.
Yeah it's possible, you can look to the fact that CHF can get stronger due to UE problems and the $ will fall after the trade deal between USA and China and the FED will not hick the intreset rate in couple of weeks, you will see a big drop on USDCHF.
