Fundamental drivers lead me to believe we can have a strong dollar IF the stock market turns into a bearish trend, I tend to believe with GDP slowing and Ínflatio pressures we can see flight to safety, which could be USD, but nothing is set in stone hence why I will remain neutral and let price guide me.
