The way it has been moving option 2 seems the more likely imo.
Dont see it much higher than 22, unless restrictions are lifted in most countries over the next 2 weeks if the price can hold up that long. If not sub15 again

@mumtazmari, I will just follow my strategy. It does not matter where the market is going, however I see more buy opportunities coming soon.
