I do delivery based positional/swing trade. But, I am anxious about a bear market ( for example : from 2017 to 2019 bear market where most stocks are in downtrend and making lower low and lower high). Can you discuss some strategy which help us to survive even in long-term downtrend market. Is it true that in bear market, some stocks are still in uptrend ?

@Redfox-8 I think you have to set your profit target . when your target triggered you have to sell your stock and invest in new stock not in same stock .
