For alerts just set it to Alert on "Turned Bear" - Less Than: 0.00 or Alert on "Turned Bull" - Greater Than: 0.00

I found out how to do it after trials and troils:

plotshape(barChangedBear ? oscillator : na, title="Alert Turned Bear" , style=shape.circle, color=red, location=location.abovebar)
plotshape(barChangedBull ? oscillator : na, title= "Alert Turned Bull" , style=shape.circle, color=lime, location=location.belowbar)
