By using this indicator, you can see these points.
1. The rate at which the average bar of the day switches between the bull and bear lines
If the average line is followed by the bull bar, and if the day comes near this line with the bear bar, it can be judged that it is cheap. (You can trade with good risk rewards)

Especially effective for foreign exchange, metals and indices.
