Since the EMA also needs to be calculated logarithmically if the chart is displayed logarithmically, the logarithmic version EMA was created. チャートを対数表示すればＥＭＡも対数計算したくなりましたので対数版ＥＭＡを作成しました。
I don’t think it matters if chart displayed is log scaled or not.
A regular EMA just use price points (closing price is the same in regular or log scale charts) and doesn’t care about % change hence logging isn’t needed to scale anything.
