Candlestick Reversal SystemHello Traders, In the book "Secrets of a Pivot Boss: Revealing Proven Methods for Profiting in the Market" by Franklin Ochoa, Four different types of reversal systems were introduced and candlestick patterns are used to find reversals. I will not write a lot about the book, you should get/read it for yourself. There are many great ideas in the book, Candlesetick Reversal System, Following Trend, Time Price Opportunity, Advanced Camarilla Concepts and much more. Reversal systems mentioned in the book are : - Wick Reversal System - Exteme Reversal System - Outside Reversal System - Doji Reversal System I tried to add these four reversal systems to the script. Ehlers Correlation Angle IndicatorThe Correlation Angle Indicator was created by John Ehlers (Stocks & Commodities V. 38:06 (8–15)) and this is technically three indicators in one so I'm splitting each one to a separate script. This particular indicator was designed for trend termination and simply buy when it is green and sell when it turns red. Let me know if you would like to see me publish other scripts or if you want something custom done!

Pivot TrendHello Traders, Another original idea is here with you. Actualy I can say that it's a breakout strategy that uses multiple Pivot Point's averages. How it works? - it finds the Pivot Points, you can set the length as you want - it gets averages of Pivot Highs and Pivot Lows, you can set the number of Pivot Points to be included - it compares the current closing price with averages of Pivot Highs and Pivot Lows - if both are positive or negative then trend changes You have two options: - Pivot Point Period => is the length that is used to find Pivot Points. means it checks left/right bars if it's Pivot Point (4 by default) - Number of PP to check => is the number of Pivot Points that the script finds and calculates the averages (3 by default) An Example with the settings Pivot Point Period = 5 and Number of PP to check = 2 Play with settings as you wish. Trend Analysis IndicatorThe Trend Analysis Indicator was created by Adam White (Stocks & Commodities V. 10:8 (358-360)) and this is not to be confused with the Trend Analysis Index which was also created by Adam White. The stock is trending when it is above the signal and loses steam when it falls below the signal. Generally you should buy when it is above it's signal and sell when it goes below the signal. Let me know if you would like me to write more scripts!

Donchian Trend RibbonHello Traders, I think you all know Donchian Channels. so I am not going to write about it. With this indicator I tried to create Donchian Trend Ribbon by using Donchian Channels. How it works ? - it calculates main trend direction by using the length that is user-defined. so you can change it as you wish - then it calculates trend direction for each 9 lower lengths. if you set the length = 20 then the lengths are 19, 18,...11 - and it checks if the trend directions that came from lower lengths is same or not with main trend direction. - it changes the trend color of the ribbon. - Warning: Entry points may also represents trend reversal. So you should use stoploss line if you decide to take buy/sell positions. P.S. I didn't backtest it, it's non-repainting, it should be used educational purposes only. Published by user request. Donchian TrendHello All, I think all of you knows Donchian Channels . so I am not going to write about it. With this indicator I tried to create Trend Lines by using Donchian Channel upper/lower bands. I tried add possible entry levels as well. How it works ? - it calculates main trend direction by using the length that is user-defined. so you can change it as you wish - then it calculates trend direction for 9 lower lengths. if you set the length = 20 then the lengths are 19, 18,...11 - and it checks if the trend directions that came from lower lengths is same or not with main trend direction. - it changes the trendline color. lighter trend line means stonger trend, darker trend lines means entry points or possible trend reversal. - it puts entry points by using trend directions that were created by using lower lengths. it gets entry points if high/low touches main trend line as well. Warning: Arrows are entry points but it may also represents trend reversal. So you should use stoploss line if you decide to take buy/sell positions. P.S. I didn't backtest it, it's non-repainting, it should be used educational purposes only . I believe it can be improved, so I am open for new ideas to improve it ;) Enjoy!

Trend Exhaustion IndicatorThe Trend Exhaustion Indicator is a custom indicator of mine that is loosely based on the Trend Exhaustion Index created by Clifford L. Creel Ph.D. (Stocks & Commodities V. 9:1 (9-11)) This indicator will let you know the trend reversal points and when it falls below the signal line then the trend is ending vice versa. Buy when the indicator crosses above the signal line and sell when it falls below the signal line. Let me know if you would like to see me write any other scripts!

Sell Gravitation IndexThe Sell Gravitation Index was created by Howard Wang and was published in Stocks & Commodities V37:02 (36-38) This indicator is similar to the relative strength index but the big difference is that this indicator gives early buy and sell signals which I find very helpful. Buy when it rises above its signal line and sell when it falls below its signal line. Let me know if you would like to see me publish any other scripts!

Enhanced Time Segmented Volume (Multi MA)**THIS VERSION ALLOWS THE USER TO SELECT WHICH MOVING AVERAGE THEY WOULD LIKE TO UTILIZE FOR THE SIGNAL LINE** Chart shows two different options of many. Top option is the default settings and bottom option is a different moving average with no other changes. Time Segmented Volume was developed by Worden Brothers, Inc to be a leading indicator by comparing various time segments of both price and volume. Essentialy it is designed to measure the amount of money flowing in and out of an instrument. Time Segmented Volume was originally ported to TradingView by user @liw0 and later corrected by user @vitelot. I never quite understood how to read Time Segmented Volume until I ran across a version by user @storma where they indicated when price would be long or short, but that code also utilized the incorrect calculation from user @liw0. In an effort to make Time Segmented Volume more accessible and easier to read, I have re-coded it here. The calculations are based on the code from @vitelot and I have added direction indicators below the chart. If the histogram (TSV) is greater than zero and greater than the moving average, price should be moving long and there will be a green box below the chart. If TSV falls below the moving average while still being greater than zero, the trend may be exhausting and has been coded to read Price Action Long - FAILURE with a black x below the chart. If the histogram (TSV) is less than zero and less than the moving average, price should be moving short and there will be a red box below the chart. If TSV rises above the moving average while still being less than zero, the trend may be exhausting and has been coded to read Price Action Short - FAILURE with a black x below the chart. At times, the moving average may be above zero while TSV is below zero or vice versa. In these situations the chart will indicate long or short based on whether or not TSV is greater or less than zero. It is possible a new trend may be forming as the moving average obviously lags, but also possible price is consolidating with little volume and causing TSV to oscillate close to zero. Pivot Point SupertrendHello All, There are many types of SuperTrend around. Recently I thought about a Supertrend based on Pivot Points then I wrote "Pivot Point SuperTrend" script. It looks it has better performance on keeping you in the trend more. The idea is behind this script is finding pivot point, calculating average of them and like in supertrend creating higher/lower bands by ATR. As you can see in the algorithm the script gives weigth to past pivot points, this is done for smoothing it a bit. As I wrote above it may keep you in the trend more, lets see an example: As an option the script can show main center line and I realized that when you are in a position, this line can be used as early exit points. (maybe half of the position size) While using Pivot Points, I added support resistance lines by using Pivot Point, as an option the script can show S/R lines: And also it can show Pivot Points: When you changed Pivot Point Period you can see its reaction, in following example PP period is 4 (default value is 2). Smaller PP periods more sensitive trendlines. Alerts added for Buy/Sell entries and Trend Reversals. (when you set alerts use the option " Once Per Bar Close ") ENJOY!

Trend Following MAs 3DHello All, This is Moving Averages Trend Following 3D indicator. The idea is based on direction of MAs and relation between 20 moving averages (5 to 100 period). Option to show different type of MAs: EMA, SMA, RMA, WMA, VWMA. As I haved tested it looks succesful at calculating trend direction and trend strength. Underworld Hunter + Base ZoneUnderworld Hunter + Base Zone is designed to keep traders out of ranging markets by establishing a "dead zone" between the bands where price may be choppy or trends may be short lived. The original Underworld Hunter from @greenmask9 adapted Bollinger Bands by changing the basis from SMA to the EMA of the EMA of the EMA. This version now allows the user to select which moving average they would like to utilize for the calculation. If price is outside of the upper bands, price may be bullish. If price is outside the lower bands, price may be bearish. If price is within the green or red areas of the bands, a trend may be forming. The system also plots when RSI has become over extended above the thresholds selected (70/20 is the default). MA Period is the length/period the moving average is calculated with MA Mode is the type of moving average that will be utilized in the basis calculation The "Standard MA Calculation" Option changes the basis to calculate the moving average selected in MA Mode only once, instead of 3 times Deviation 1 and Deviation 2 determine how far the dead zone bands will be from the basis RSI Period is the length/period the RSI function is calculated with RSI Extended - High Cutoff is the level RSI must reach to be marked as over extended. Most traders refer to this zone as "Overbought" RSI Extended - Low Cutoff is the level RSI must reach to be marked as over extended. Most traders refer to this zone as "Oversold" As many NNFx traders know, overbought and oversold essentially do not exist, though the zones can still be utilized The remaining options are utilized for specific moving average calculations and are set to what is typically considered as "standard" for their values. There are many options available for this code. The code has not been optimized but merely compiled. Settings should be adjusted for the instrument(s) you are trading. Trend Lines for RSI, CCI, Momentum, OBVHello Traders! After publishing Trend Lines for RSI yesterday, I realized that Trend Lines for more indicators needed by the traders. so I decided to make it for four different indicators: RSI, CCI, OBV, Momentum In the indicator options you can choose the indicator from pull-down menu. How it works? - On each bar it finds last 10 higher and lower Pivot Points (PP) for the indicator. - from first bar to 10. Pivot Point it searchs if a trend line is possible - for each PP it starts searching from the last PP . - it checks if drawing a trend line possible or not and also it's broken or not - if it's broken then optionally it shows broken trend lines as dotted (or you can option not to see broken lines) - if it finds a continues trend line then it stops searhing more and draw trend line, this is done by checking angles (I did this to make the script faster, otherwise you may get error because of it needs time more than .2sec) - the script makes this process for each PP - then shows the trend lines P.S. it may need 3-10 seconds when you added the script to the chart at first (because of calculations) Trend lines for CCI: Trend Lines for OBV Trend Lines for Momentum: You may want to watch how Trend Lines script works (that was made for RSI) s3.tradingview.com If you still didn't see Trend Lines v2 then visit: All Comments are welcome.. WhipLashThis is a study to determine if small candle bodies (little difference between open and close), regardless of overall candle length (high/low), can be used to filter choppy markets. The indicator will calculate the selected average "MA Mode" of (close-open). To standardize this result and ensure any filters/thresholds do not need to be recalculated for each instrument the result will be used to calculate the Z Score. The idea is that when candle bodies are small there is very little actual price movement, and therefore price is choppy. When considering the Z Score of that result, any outliers ie larger candle bodies, could show a potential trend forming. This indicator is similar to QStick but allows more customization by the user. MA Mode determines which MA is used to smooth the results of (close-open) Price Smoothing is the number of running periods the MA Mode is calculated for. The three Thresholds are preset to the 90%, 95%, and 99% levels for Z Score. If these thresholds are altered you may wish to also alter the horizontal lines programmed for each level on the positive and negative sides.
