SBCF - pennant?

I am a newbie in technical analysis and look forward to learning from the experts on this forum. I think I identified a pennant on this SBCF chart. Two converging lines, a flag pole and decreasing volume (except the last trading day on this chart). Just the time exceeds the three week rule. Or does it rather qualify as a symmetric triangle?
I am interested to see what others think.
