Supertrend 1.0 with Alerts

The same as the original Supertrend 1.0 indicator except I have added alerts and set the bar colour based on the trend.

Updated to improve visuals. How a large triangle shows a change in trend.
Added options to turn off candle colouring and another one to remove the Supertrend line.
Added a third alert option that will fire if there is either a buy *or* sell signal, so there is potentially no need to have separate alerts for buy and sell. This was requested.
