Rackspace finding support below
The Ichimoku Cloud has turned green so this should provide good support below. Even though there are many that are skeptical about Rackspace and with their recent news, I do believe these guys understand the cloud hosting space the best, having been in it one of the longest.
Price action-wise, I believe more or less it will stay around current levels until earnings, unless there is some big news again about buyouts/going private etc. It may even fall a little but I have high expectations for the upcoming earnings as OpenStack & managed cloud services continue to be their biggest attraction for consumers.
