Court: N.D. Illinois

Case: 1:25-cv-06534

On June 12, 2025, TEM shareholders have filed a class action against Tempus AI, accusing it of inflating its valuation during the IPO and misleading investors about its financial health, customer base, and AI capabilities.

What is this lawsuit about?

On June 14, 2024, Tempus AI went public, raising over $400 million based on claims of strong growth and cutting-edge AI tech.

But analysts quickly flagged that Tempus had merged low-margin pharma and clinical diagnostics revenue, overstated the maturity of its AI platform, and lacked regulatory traction.

Following the IPO, TEM shares slid sharply.
