In China, the Shangai Composite Index decreased 35 points or 0.91 percent on Tuesday.
Losses were driven by Yonyou Soft (-6.84%), Greenland Holdings (-5.18%) and China Fortune (-4.91%).
Biggest rises came from Jiangsu Lianyungang (5.05%), Bank Of Nanjing (4.88%) and ICBC (3.06%).
