Timezone session and reset (extra pane)

This indicator allows you to display the session in a pane.
For now, you can't change the time, only the design.

Good news, new fixes :
1. times has been set to follow their respective timezones. No more issue with Summer/Daylight time.
2. fixed reset time for issue with timeframe less than 5 minutes with some brokers
3. also add the New York stock Exchange opening time (9:30am EST) in white
