DiNapoli DMAs

DiNapoli Displaced Moving Averages (DMAs) plots in a single indicator the 3 DMAs used to define the trend condition in markets.

This version of the indicator includes the following features:

Show/Hide each one of the DMAs independently
Show Labels for better identification

Fixed bug that prevented the correct display of the DMAs from Higher Timeframes.
Labels now inform when the DMAs are displayed from Higher Timeframes.

To avoid misreadings when plotting the indicator from a custom timeframe, the label automatically gets displayed informing about that fact. This feature can be deactivated by unchecking the field "Force Label on Custom Timeframe".
All colors are customizable through the Input Tab, including lines, labels and text colors.
