📖 What Are Liquidations?
In leveraged derivatives markets, a liquidation occurs when a trader’s margin becomes insufficient to maintain their position, triggering an automatic force-close by the exchange. These events are typically clustered around price levels where large volumes of overleveraged positions accumulate. When breached, they often result in sharp, aggressive price movements — also known as liquidation cascades.
This indicator is designed to detect and project such high-risk zones before they trigger, giving traders an edge in visualizing hidden pressure points in the market.

The core engine aggregates real-time ∆OI (Open Interest delta) data from multiple major exchanges and applies a layered filtering system that considers:

Update 2.0
This release introduces three major improvements to the previous version:

1/ Enhanced Market Adaptability

- The script now automatically adapts to different asset classes: Crypto, Forex, Stocks, Commodities.
- Real Open Interest (OI) is used for crypto symbols, while a simulated OI engine provides comparable signals on non-crypto markets.

2/ Simulated OI Detection

- A new algorithm simulates Open Interest using volume dynamics, volatility factors, and momentum shifts.
- This allows liquidation-style detection even on markets without native OI data.
- Settings (period, volume ratio, volatility factor) can be adjusted for fine-tuning.

3/ Interactive Information Table

- A new on-chart table summarizes key detection metrics in real time:
- Market type & OI source (real vs simulated)
- Active signals (OI spike, Volume spike, Price move)
- Signal details (which triggers are active)
- Power/intensity gauge (combined strength of the event)

This provides a quick, at-a-glance overview of what drives current liquidation zones.
