User Guide: [NodeAtom] Safe Move Indicator
Overview
The [NodeAtom] Safe Move indicator is a comprehensive trading tool for TradingView that helps traders:
Identify strong support and resistance zones
Detect buy/sell trends using multi-timeframe (MTF) analysis
Highlight trade conditions using multiple indicators (EMA, RSI, MACD, ATR)
It is especially useful for traders who want a visual edge in deciding optimal trade entries and exits across different timeframes.
Features & Components
1. Safe Support & Resistance Zones
Draws automatic support and resistance zones based on recent pivot highs/lows.
Uses multi-timeframe confirmation (1m, 15m, 1h, 4h, 1d) depending on your current chart.
Zone width auto-adjusts based on the timeframe.
Customizable Settings:
Toggle S/R visibility
Change colors of support and resistance zones and lines
2. Multi-Timeframe Trend Table
Evaluates trends on: M5, M15, H1, H4, D1
Scoring based on:
EMA fast vs slow
MACD line vs signal line
RSI (above/below 50)
Provides an overall score:
STRONG BUY / BUY / NON-TRADE / SELL / STRONG SELL
Customizable Settings:
Toggle trend table visibility
EMA fast & slow period
ATR period & threshold margin
3. Trend Signal Highlighting (Bar Coloring)
Color bars when market is in BUY / SELL / NEUTRAL state based on:
EMA crossover and slope
RSI levels
MACD crossover
Customizable Settings:
Toggle trend detection
Set colors for BUY / SELL / NEUTRAL states
4. Signal Labels
Labels appear on the chart when signal direction changes
Helps clearly mark when new buy or sell signals are triggered
Usage Instructions
Basic Setup:
Add the indicator to your TradingView chart
Choose your preferred settings in the input panel
View:
Colored bars for buy/sell bias
S/R zones for price reaction levels
Trend table to gauge cross-timeframe momentum
Interpreting the Trend Table:
Timeframe
Interpretation
M5-D1
BUY, SELL or NON-TRADE based on score
TOTAL
Composite signal score (0-5)
Use "BUY" or "SELL" from the TOTAL row as an additional confirmation.
Best Practices:
Use support/resistance zones to anticipate potential reversals.
Use trend table to trade with broader momentum.
Use labels and bar colors to confirm entry timing.
Notes & Tips
Not a standalone system. Best used with price action or other confluences.
Can be combined with volume, candle patterns, or other indicators.
Avoid trading "NON-TRADE" conditions unless you have high conviction.
