MTF StochRSI Grid v2.0 - CryptoProTools

New version has added the following :

- Custom Time Frames (not limited to TradingViews default resolution selection)
- Optional Medium Strength Signals (Matching 3 x OB or OS instead of the full 4)
- Toggle Highlight Bar Colors ON and OFF
- Signal arrows visible above and below the grid

It seems a recent change by TradingView to their platform has broken this script.
At the moment, I can't find the issue that is causing the drawing of the grid to be all messed up, so for now I have changed the way it displays data.
It still works the same as before in terms of giving signals. Just looks different.

- Updated to PineScript v4
- Added a 5th line to the grid as requested by members
- Fixed the grid visuals so they show as originally intended (before pinescript changes broke the old version)
