Liquidity Sweep Detector PRO [VBS]VictoryByStrategy • Liquidity Sweep Detector PRO is a clean, strict, and highly visual tool to spot stop-hunts / liquidity grabs with confirmation.
This script focuses on one high-value event:
Bearish Sweep (buy-side liquidity taken): price wicks above a confirmed swing high and closes back below that level.
Bullish Sweep (sell-side liquidity taken): price wicks below a confirmed swing low and closes back above that level.
Because it requires a reclaim close, signals are strict and practical—designed to avoid “every wick is a sweep ” noise.
The PRO version adds optional quality layers: ATR-based strength grading, reclaim candle highligh t, and next liquidity target projection—while keeping the chart clean with a max active sweep limit.
How to Use It (Simple Workflow)
1) Use sweeps as “context triggers”
A sweep often marks:
a short-term trap,
a reversal point,
or the end of a pullback.
2) Confirm with your entry tool (recommended)
After a sweep prints:
Look for a break + retest, a momentum shift, or a clean candle pattern.
Combine with your OB/structure indicator for higher confidence.
3) Use the Target Line as a realistic objective
After a bullish sweep, the script can show the next swing high as a potential objective.
After a bearish sweep, it can show the next swing low.
This is not a “take profit command”—it’s a clean visual framework for planning.
Recommended Settings (Default that works for most)
General / out-of-the-box
Swing Length: 10
Max Active Sweeps: 4
Cooldown: 8
Strength Grading (ATR): ON
ATR Length: 14
Strong Threshold: 0.25 ATR
Reclaim Candle Highlight: ON
Target Next Liquidity: ON
Volume Confirmation: OFF (enable only when volume is reliable)
Tuning Guide
If you get too many signals (noisy)
Increase Swing Length: 12–14
Increase Cooldown: 10–15
Keep Break logic strict (close reclaim is already strict)
If you want earlier/more signals
Reduce Swing Length: 7–9
Reduce Cooldown: 3–6
Lower Strong Threshold to 0.20 ATR (more “Strong” tags)
If your market is very volatile (e.g., Gold / Crypto)
Keep Swing Length at 10–14
Use Strong Threshold 0.25–0.40 ATR to separate real sweeps from random spikes
Best Timeframes
This tool is most useful when swings are meaningful:
Intraday: 5m–15m (fast setup scanning)
Core: 1H–4H (cleanest sweeps, best reliability)
Context: 4H sweeps + lower timeframe entries is a strong workflow
If you trade very low TF (1m–3m), increase Swing Length and use cooldown—otherwise sweeps can become too frequent.
Best Markets / Pairs
Works best on liquid instruments with frequent sweep behavior:
Forex (liquid majors)
EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, AUDUSD
Metals
XAUUSD (Gold) — excellent for sweeps (use stricter settings)
XAGUSD
Crypto
BTCUSD, ETHUSD (use higher swing length to reduce noise)
Indices
US100 / NAS100, US500 / SPX, DAX
Tip: Volume confirmation can be helpful on some instruments, but on many CFD feeds volume is not “real”—use it only if you trust the volume source.
