Multi RIS Length RSI Strategy calibrated to 20min timeframeI have been working on many itterations of this script, on multiple time frames, with multiple settings.
It's not exactly how I want it, but if used on the 20 min timeframe (I chose this one to publish, not because it's the most profitable, or percent profitable , but for multiple other reasons.
1) From my back testing, this seems to be the most stable (gives the greatest margin for error). By that I mean, I am not a bot, I am a human trader, so I actually have to sleep, and work, and can't always trade all the time when I when I get my signals. So I need some margin of error.
The 20min time frame gives me this, it's still decently profitable (52K), and allows me some margin of error for being human.
2) It not exactly how I want it, because you have to use it in conjunction with the strategy tester to see if it is in longs or shorts (open trades). You can't see that on the app, or even if you are logged in to TV on a browser on a smart phone. At least I cant, I can only see the strategy tester when I am logged in on my computer, which obviously I can not be all the time.
3) It's also not exactly how I want it because it doesn't tell you when it is switching from buying additional longs (or shorts), and closing them out, and reversing. You can figure this out from the strategy tester, but I would like my script to make it more clear in real time.
4) The alerts on the script only fire after the current bar is closed. So really to use this you need to be a non free member or TV, because then you can add the appropriate RSIs to your chart, and set up real time alerts on them that will fire in real time, as opposed to displaying on the chart after the bar closes (a lot can happen in 20 minutes). Which is sad, and not my intent, I want this to be useful to free members, I just don't know how to do that given they don't have custom time frames (like 20 min), and multiple real time alerts. I can't fix that, that's a limitation of TV.

BTC BRAWL NINJA TRADERThe NINJA TRADER was devloped for trading competition higher leverage scalp trading. It is a modified from my Trade Trend Indicator (indicator) has been the brain child of 23 years of trading experience rolled into a simple to understand all market setup alert system based solely on 5 high probability trade set ups with a 6th high risk. The hope is to provide something that is can assist traders in building confidence in their trades with a little assistance from the indicator.
This like any and all indicators is not a be all and end to trading, yes while back tested the indicator has produced fantastic profitable results; past performance is not a guarantee of future but which with human intervention can increase the return result exponentially.
You need to be able to chart simple candle sticks and you need to have an understanding of support and resistance areas to make sense of what you are doing in trading otherwise even this indicator won't help you.
While this may alert buy or sell / long or short entrance these are to be taken as educational points of reference and if you wish to trade you are understanding that you enter and exit at your own risk. Not many indicators will alert you to the possibility of a rogue wave spike / dump or both, this will but everything is perspective of the time frame you are on.
The indicator is designed for the 4hour time frame with trade entry on the 15min and managed on the 30min time frame. Alot can happen within these time frame but as we know not every trader can sit in front of a screen for hours at a time and this let's one trade for swings. Once you have your entry you place your exits and you set your stops. If you wait for the alert to exit you are in a draw down this should never reach that point pay yourself for being right.
The set ups are simple:
1. Trend change from bearish to bullish buys are dip interim support entries.
2. Trend change from bullish to bearish sells are top interim resistance exits.
3. Blue buy is an entry position for a trade.
4. Blue long is an add position for a trade.
5. Red short is just that a short trade idea. (this is advanced and requires a manual cover target),
6. Green buy is a break out over the next candle to print above (highest risk)
All trades are based on a 5% to 10% of capital entry with no more than 40% ever in 1 trade goal is many consistent trade wins while limiting the losses and size.
Certain set ups such as longs over the Moving Averages but below the cloud can lead to strong rally returns as well as short in a bearish trend just above the Moving Averages can give prolonged selling pressure.
Pay attention to the golden dump line as it rises the closer to the candle it gets the higher the risk of the trade lacking continuation.
Made the golden dump line easier to bringing it forward.
Changed the trade trend reversal to stand out more as a marker of a trade even when alerts stacked
Added a calculation for the alert to recalculate based on the time frame chosen
Added a check balance verse the break out buy as to not false alert during the BTC BRAWL CHALLENGE in high risk trade setups
Added notification of bullvsbear action to avoid being caught in the BTC BRAWL CHALLENGE
Added a take profit reminder based on time frame volume

1. Date Range:
Start Date, End Date: Define the period for backtesting. Trades will only occur within this range.
2. Optional Webhook Configuration: (For Automation)
3C Email Token, 3C Bot ID: Enter your 3Commas API credentials if you plan to automate trading using webhooks. The strategy generates JSON alert messages compatible with 3Commas. You can go ahead and just leave the text field as defaulted, "TOKEN HERE" / "BOT ID HERE" if not using any bot automations at this time. You can always come back later and automate it. More info can be made available from QuantJazz should you need automation assistance with custom indicators and trading strategies.

Turn On/Off: Show or hide the main signal lines (Avg, Avg2).
gColor, rColor: Set the colors for bullish and bearish signal line states.
Length (RSI): The lookback period for the internal RSI calculation. Default is 2.
Smooth (EMA): The smoothing period for the EMAs applied to the composite signal. Default is 9.
RSI Source: The price source used for RSI calculation (default: close).
4. 📊 Histogram:
Turn On/Off: Show or hide the histogram.
histColorUp, histColorDn: Set the colors for positive and negative histogram bars.
Length (MFI): The base lookback period for MFI calculations. Default is 5. Fast and Slow MFI lengths are derived from this.

6. ⚙️ Strategy Inputs: (CRITICAL for Trade Logic)
This section defines which visual signals trigger trades. Each signal (Small/Large Dots, TP Triangles, Bright Bars, Signal/Histogram Crosses, Signal/Histogram Max/Min, Divergences) has a dropdown menu:
Long: This signal can trigger a long entry.
Short: This signal can trigger a short entry.
Disabled: This signal will not trigger any entry.
Must Be True Checkbox: If checked for a specific signal, that signal's condition must be met for any trade (long or short, depending on the dropdown selection for that signal) to be considered. Multiple "Must Be True" conditions act as AND logic – all must be true simultaneously.
How it Works:
The strategy first checks if all conditions marked as "Must Be True" (for the relevant trade direction - long or short) are met.
If all "Must Be True" conditions are met, it then checks if at least one of the conditions not marked as "Must Be True" (and set to "Long" or "Short" respectively) is also met.
If both steps pass, and other filters (like Date Range, FRAMA) allow, an entry order is placed.
Example: If "Large Bullish Dot" is set to "Long" and "Must Be True" is checked, AND "Bullish Divergence" is set to "Long" but "Must Be True" is not checked: A long entry requires BOTH the Large Bullish Dot AND the Bullish Divergence to occur simultaneously. If "Large Bullish Dot" was "Long" but not "Must Be True", then EITHER a Large Bullish Dot OR a Bullish Divergence could trigger a long entry (assuming no other "Must Be True" conditions are active).
Note: By default, the strategy is configured for long-only trades (strategy.risk.allow_entry_in(strategy.direction.long)). To enable short trades, you would need to comment out or remove this line in the Pine Script code and configure the "Strategy Inputs" accordingly.
7. 💰 Take Profit Settings:
Take Profit 1/2/3 (%): The percentage above the entry price (for longs) or below (for shorts) where each TP level is set. (e.g., 1.0 means 1% profit).
TP1/2/3 Percentage: The percentage of the currently open position to close when the corresponding TP level is hit. The percentages should ideally sum to 100% if you intend to close the entire position across the TPs.
Trailing Stop (%): The percentage below the highest high (for longs) or above the lowest low (for shorts) reached after the activation threshold, where the stop loss will trail.
Trailing Stop Activation (%): The minimum profit percentage the trade must reach before the trailing stop becomes active.
Re-entry Delay (Bars): The minimum number of bars to wait after a TP is hit before considering a re-entry. Default is 1 (allows immediate re-entry on the next bar if conditions met).
Re-entry Price Offset (%): The percentage the price must move beyond the previous TP level before a re-entry is allowed. This prevents immediate re-entry if the price hovers around the TP level.
8. 📈 FRAMA Filter: (Optional Trend Filter)
Use FRAMA Filter: Enable or disable the filter.
FRAMA Source, FRAMA Period, FRAMA Fast MA, FRAMA Slow MA: Parameters for the FRAMA calculation. Defaults provided are common starting points.
FRAMA Filter Type:
FRAMA > previous bars: Allows trades only if FRAMA is significantly above its recent average (defined by FRAMA Percentage and FRAMA Lookback). Typically used to confirm strong upward trends for longs.
FRAMA < price: Allows trades only if FRAMA is below the current price (framaSource). Can act as a baseline trend filter.
FRAMA Percentage (X), FRAMA Lookback (Y): Used only for the FRAMA > previous bars filter type.
How it Affects Trades: If Use FRAMA Filter is enabled:
Long entries require the FRAMA filter condition to be true.
Short entries require the FRAMA filter condition to be false (as currently coded, this acts as an inverse filter for shorts if enabled).
How to Use the Strategy
1. Apply to Chart: Open your desired chart on TradingView. Click "Indicators", find "QuantJazz Turbine Trader BETA v1.17" (you might need to add it via Invite-only scripts or if published publicly), and add it to your chart. The oscillator appears below the price chart, and the strategy tester panel opens at the bottom.
2. Configure Strategy Properties: In the Pine Script code itself (or potentially via the UI if supported), adjust the strategy() function parameters like initial_capital, default_qty_value, commission_value, slippage, etc., to match your account, broker fees, and risk settings. The user preferences provided (e.g., 1000 initial capital, 0.1% commission) are examples. Remember use_bar_magnifier is false by default in v1.17.
3. Configure Inputs (Settings Panel):
Set the Date Range for backtesting.
Crucially, configure the ⚙️ Strategy Inputs. Decide which signals should trigger entries and whether they are mandatory ("Must Be True"). Start simply, perhaps enabling only one or two signals initially, and test thoroughly. Remember the default long-only setting unless you modify the code.
Set up your 💰 Take Profit Settings, including TP levels, position size percentages for each TP, and the trailing stop parameters. Decide if you want to use the re-entry feature.
Decide whether to use the 📈 FRAMA Filter and configure its parameters if enabled.
Adjust visual elements (🚀 Signal Line, 📊 Histogram, 💡 Other) as needed for clarity.
4. Backtest: Use the Strategy Tester panel in TradingView. Analyze the performance metrics (Net Profit, Max Drawdown, Profit Factor, Win Rate, Trade List) across different assets, timeframes, and setting configurations. Pay close attention to how different "Strategy Inputs" combinations perform.

While traders can look for divergences between OBV and price, OBV doesn't naturally behave like an oscillator, with no definable upper and lower threshold, OBV can infinitely increase or decrease.
With Divergence IQ's ability to normalize any indicator, traders can normalize non-oscillator technical indicators such as OBV, CVD, MACD, or even a moving average.
In the image above, the "Robust Scaling" normalization technique is selected. Consequently, the output of OBV has changed and is now behaving similar to an oscillator-like technical indicator. This makes spotting divergences between the indicator and price easier and more appropriate.
The three normalization techniques included will change the indicator's final output to be more compatible with divergence detection.
This feature can be used with almost any technical indicator.
Stop Type
Traders can select between ATR based profit targets and stop losses, or percentage based profit targets and stop losses.

Divergence Detection Method
A natural pitfall of divergence trading is that it generally takes several bars to "confirm" a divergence. This makes trading the divergence complicated, because the entry at time of the divergence might look great; however, the divergence wasn't actually signaled until several bars later.
To circumvent this issue, Divergence IQ offers two divergence detection mechanisms.
Pivot Detection
Pivot detection mode is the same as almost every divergence indicator on TradingView. The Pivots High Low indicator is used to detect market/indicator highs and lows and, consequently, divergences.
This method generally finds the "best looking" divergences, but will always take additional time to confirm the divergence.
Immediate Detection
Immediate detection mode attempts to reduce lag between the divergence and its confirmation to as little as possible while avoiding repainting.
Immediate detection mode still uses the Pivots Detection model to find the first high/low of a divergence. However, the most recent high/low does not utilize the Pivot Detection model, and instead immediately looks for a divergence between price and an indicator.
Immediate Detection Mode will always signal a divergence one bar after it's occurred, and traders can set alerts in this mode to be alerted as soon as the divergence occurs.
TradingView Backtester Integration
Divergence IQ is fully compatible with the TradingView backtester!
Divergence IQ isn’t designed to be a “profitable strategy” for users to trade. Instead, the intention of including the backtester is to let users backtest divergence-based trading strategies between the asset on their chart and almost any technical indicator, and to see if divergences have any predictive utility in that market.
So while the backtester is available in Divergence IQ, it’s for users to personally figure out if they should consider a divergence an actionable insight, and not a solicitation that Divergence IQ is a profitable trading strategy. Divergence IQ should be thought of as a Divergence backtesting toolkit, not a full-feature trading strategy.
Strategy Properties Used For Backtest
Initial Capital: $1000 - a realistic amount of starting capital that will resonate with many traders
Amount Per Trade: 5% of equity - a realistic amount of capital to invest relative to portfolio size
Commission: 0.02% - a conservative amount of commission to pay for trade that is standard in crypto trading, and very high for other markets.
Slippage: 1 tick - appropriate for liquid markets, but must be increased in markets with low activity.
Once more, the backtester is meant for traders to personally figure out if divergences are actionable trading signals on the market they wish to trade with the indicator they wish to use.

calculates two trends at the same time: a big one for the overall strong trend - and a small one to trigger a trade after a small correction within the big trend
only if both trends (the small and the big trend) are in an uptrend, a buy signal is created: this prevents a buy signal from being generated in a falling market just because an upward movement begins in a small trend
the exit strategy can be configured very flexibly and individually: use the last low as stop loss and automatically switch to a trialing stop loss as soon as the take profit is reached (instead of finishing the trade)
the take profit strategy can also be configured - e.g. use the last high, a fixed percentage or a combination of it
plots each trade in detail on the chart - e.g. inner candles or the exact progression of the stop loss over the entire duration of the trade to allow you to analyze each trade precisely
What does the script do and how?
In this strategy an intact upward trend is characterized by higher highs and lower lows only if the big trend and the small trend are in an upward trend at the same time.
The following describes how the script calculates a buy signal. Every step is drawn to the chart immediately - see example chart above:
1. the stock rises in the big trend - i.e. in a longer time frame
2. a correction takes place (the share price falls) - but does not create a new low
3. the stock rises again in the big trend and creates a new high
From now on, the big trend is in an intact upward trend (until it falls below its last low).
This is drawn to the chart as 3 bold green zigzag lines.
But we do not buy right now! Instead, we want to wait for a correction in the big trend and for the start of a small upward trend.
4. a correction takes place (not below the low from 2.)
Now, the script also starts to calculate the small trend:
5. the stock rises in the small trend - i.e. in a shorter time frame
6. a small correction takes place (not below the low from 4.)
7. the stock rises above the high from 5.: a new high in the shorter time frame
Now, both trends are in an intact upward trend.
A buy signal is created and both the minor and major trend are colored green on the chart.
Now, the trade is active and:
the stop loss is calculated and drawn for each candle
the take profit is calculated and drawn to the chart
as soon as the price reaches the take profit or the stop loss, the trade is closed
Features and functionalities
Uptrend : An intact upward trend is characterized by higher highs and lower lows. Uptrends are shown in green on the chart.
The beginning of an uptrend is numbered 1, each subsequent high is numbered 2, and each low is numbered 3.
Downtrend: An intact downtrend is characterized by lower highs and lower lows. Downtrends are displayed in red on the chart.
Note that our indicator does not show the numbering of the points of the downtrend.
Trendless phases: If there is no intact trend, we are in a trendless phase. Trendless phases are shown in blue on the chart.
This occurs after an uptrend, when a lower low or a lower high is formed. Or after a downtrend, when a higher low or a higher high is formed.
Buy signals
A buy signal is generated as soon as a new upward trend has been formed or a new high has been established in an intact upward trend.
But even before a buy signal is generated, this strategy anticipates a possible emerging trend and draws the next possible trading opportunity to the chart.
In addition to the (not yet reached) buy price, the risk-reward ratio, the StopLoss and the TakeProfit price is shown.
With this information, you can already enter a StopBuy order, which is thus triggered directly with the then created buy signal.
You can configure, if a buy signal shall be created while the big trend is an uptrend, a downtrend and/or trendless.
Exit strategy
With this strategy, you have multiple possibilities to close your position. All of them can be configured within the settings. In general, you can combine a take profit strategy with a stop loss strategy.
The take profit price will be calculated once for each trade. It will be drawn to the chart for active trade.
Depending on your configuration, this can be the last high (which is often a resistance level), a fixed percentage added to the buy price or the maximum of both.
You can also configure that a trailing stop loss is used as soon as the take profit price is reached once.
The stop loss gets recalculated with each candle and is displayed and plotted for each active and finished trade. With this, you can easily check how the stop loss changed during your trades.
The stop loss can be configured flexibly:
Use the classic "trailing stop loss" that follows the price from below.
Set the stop loss to the last low and tighten it every time the small trend marks a new local low.
Confiure that the stop loss is tightened as soon as the break even is reached. Nothing is more annoying than a trade turning from a win to a loss.
Ignore inside candles (see description below) and relax the stop loss to use the outside candle for its calculation.
Inner candles
Inner candles are created when the candle body is within the maximum values of a previous candle (the outer candle). There can be any number of consecutive inner candles. As soon as you have activated the "Check inner candles" setting, all consecutive inner candles will be highlighted in yellow on the chart.
Prices during an inner candle scenario might be irrelevant for trading and can be interpreted as fluctuations within the outside candle. For this reason, the trailing stop loss should not be aligned with inner candles. Therefore, as soon as an inner candle occurs, the stop loss is reset and the low at the time of the outside candle is used as the calculation for the trailing stop loss. This will all be plotted for you on the chart.
Display of the trades:
All active and closed trades of the last 5 years are displayed in the chart with buy signal, sell, stop loss history, inside candles and statistics.
Backtesting:
The strategy can be simulated for each stock over the period of the last 5 years. Each individual trade is recorded and can be traced and analyzed in the chart including stop loss history. Detailed evaluations and statistics are available to evaluate the performance of the strategy.
Additional Statistics
This strategy immediately displays a statistic table to the chart area giving you an overview of its performance over the last years for the given chart.
This includes:
The total win/loss in $ and %
The win/loss per year in %
The active investment time in days and % (e.g. invested 10 of 100 trading days -> 10%)
The total win/loss in %, extrapolated to 100% equity usage: Only with this value can strategies really be compared. Because you are not invested between the trades and could invest in other stocks during this time. This value indicates how much profit you would have made if you had been invested 100% of the time - or to put it another way - if you had been invested 100% of the time in stocks with exactly the same performance. Let's say you had only one trade in the last 5 years that lasted, say, only one month and made 5% profit. This would be significantly better than a strategy with which you were invested for, say, 5 years and made 10% profit.
The total profit/loss per year in %, extrapolated to 100% equity usage
Notifications (alerts):
Get alerted before a new buy signal emerges to create an order if necessary and not miss a trade. You can also be notified when the stop loss needs to be adjusted. The notification can be done in different ways, e.g. by Mail, PopUp or App-Notification. This saves them the annoying, time-consuming and error-prone "click through" all the charts.
Settings: Display Settings
With these settings, you have the possibility to:
Show the small or the big trend as a background color
Configure if the numbers (1-2-3-2-3) shall be shown at all or only for the small, the big trend or both
Settings: Trend calculation - fine tuning
Drawing trend lines on a chart is not an exact science. Some highs and lows are not very clear or significant. And so it will always happen that 2 different people would draw different trendlines for the same chart. Unfortunately, there is no exact "right" or "wrong" here.
With the options under "Trend Calculation - Fine Tuning" you have the possibility to influence the drawing in of trends and to adapt it to your personal taste.
Small Trend, Big Trend : With these settings you can influence how significant a high or low has to be to recognize them as an independent high or low. The larger the values, the more significant a high or low must be to be recognized as such.
High and low recognition : With this setting you can influence when two adjacent, almost identical highs or lows should be recognized as independent highs or lows. The higher the value, the more different "similar" highs or lows must be in order to be recognized as such.
Which default settings were selected and why
Show Trades: true - its often useful to see all recent trades in the chart
Time Frame: 1 day - most common time frame (except for day traders)
Take Profit: combined 10% - the last high is taken as take profit because the trend often changes there, but only if there is at least 10% profit to ensure we do not risk money for a tiny profit
Stop Loss: combined - the last low is used as stop loss because the trend would break there and switch to a trailing stop loss as soon as our take profit is reached to let our profits run without risking them anymore
Stop Loss distance: 3% - we are giving the price 3% air (below the last low) to avoid being stopped out due to a short price drop
Trailing Stop Loss: 2% - we have to give the stop loss some room to avoid being stopped out prematurely; this is a value that is well balanced between a certain downside distance and the profit-taking ratio
Set Stop Loss to break even: true, 2% - once we reached the break even, it is a common practice to not risk our money anymore, the value is set to the same value as the trailing stop loss
Trade Filter: Uptrend - we only start trades if the big trend is an uptrend in the expectation that it will continue after a small correction
Display settings: those will not influence the trades, feel free to change them to your needs
Trend calculation - Fine Tuning: 1/1,5/0,05; influences the internal calculation for highs and lows and how significant they need to be to be considered a new high or low; the default values will provide you nicely calculated trends in the daily time frame; if there are too many or too few lows and highs according to your taste, feel free to play around and immediately see the result drawn to the chart; read the manual for a detailed description of this values
Note that you can (and should) configure the general trading properties like your initial capital, order size, slippage and commission.

Overview
The "SPY Auto RSI Stochastics" strategy is designed to leverage a combination of Relative Strength Index (RSI) and Stochastic indicators to identify potential entry and exit points in trading the SPY $SP:SPX.
The technicals:
A simple yet effective strategy for identifying (reversal) trends on SPY (or any asset).
The logic is as follows:
1. Slow stochastics are effective at predicting momentum. They can also be used to effectively identify reversals.
2. A combination of slow and fast RSI (along with an SMA for the fast RSI) can be used to see potential changes in the directional trend of the underlying asset.
3. In order to reduce noise, a band in the middle of RSI values is ignored; think of this as the price converging and potential explosions (sometimes fake) on either side.
4. Outside this noise band, a crossover of fast RSI on slow RSI indicates an upward trend incoming.
5. A crossunder of fast RSI on slow RSI indicates a downward trend incoming.
Strategy Specific Notes -
1. Load this strategy on SPREADEX:SPX on an hourly chart for the best results.
2. This is a generic strategy, use it on anything - index, stocks, etc. You will need to adjust the parameters for the best results.
3. The RSI Upper defines the cutoff for two things -- threshold for entering a long AND exit signal for short. Likewise for RSI Lower.
4. To have alerts on the strategy, add this to your chart, be content with the backtesting results, select "strategy tester", the alert icon, replace the message body with "{{strategy.order.alert_message}}" without the ".
5. In my experience, the strategy won't be immediately profitable upon a signal but it does get there in the backtested results. Intuitively, this makes sense. Reversals take some time to kick in completely.
Inputs
- **slowRSILength**: Length parameter for the slow RSI calculation.
- **fastRSILength**: Length parameter for the fast RSI calculation.
- **smaRSILength**: Length parameter for the Simple Moving Average (SMA) of the fast RSI.
- **RSIUpperThreshold**: Upper threshold for the RSI, used in exit conditions.
- **RSILowerThreshold**: Lower threshold for the RSI, used in exit conditions.
- **RSIUpperDeadzone**: Upper deadzone threshold for the RSI.
- **RSILowerDeadzone**: Lower deadzone threshold for the RSI.
Strategy Logic
- **RSI Calculation**: The script calculates both slow and fast RSI values based on the provided lengths.
- **Entry Condition**: Entry conditions for long and short positions are based on the crossing of fast RSI over slow RSI and SMA RSI, respectively, along with avoidance of RSI deadzones and validation of trade time.
- **Exit Condition**: Exit conditions for both long and short positions are based on crossing RSI thresholds or opposite entry conditions.
Trade Management
- **Position Entry**: Long and short positions are entered based on predefined entry conditions.
- **Position Exit**: Positions are exited based on predefined exit conditions.
- **Alerts**: The script provides alert messages for entry and exit points.
Plotting
- **Slow RSI**: Plots the slow RSI on the chart.
- **SMA RSI**: Plots the Simple Moving Average of fast RSI on the chart.
Example Usage
The defaults work well for SPY on a 1H timeframe.
If you apply this to anything else DAX, EUSTX50, FTSE, CAC (these are what i have); tweak the input parameters.

🔵 Introduction
Version 1.1
This is a Pine 5 trend following strategy. It has a four strategy with several alerts and signals. The design intent is to produce a commercial grade signal generator that can be adapted to any symbol in cryptocurrency and only 1H Chart. Ideally, the script is reliable enough to be the basis of an automated trading system web-hooked to a server with API access to crypto brokerages. The strategy can be run in three different modes: long, short and bidirectional.
As a trend following strategy, the behavior of the script is to buy on strength and sell on weakness. As such the trade orders maintain its directional bias according to price pressure. What you will see on the chart is long positions on the left side of the mountain and short on the right. Long and short positions are not intermingled as long as there exists a detectable trend. This is extremely beneficial feature in long running bull or bear markets. The script uses multiple setups to avoid the situation where you got in on the trend, took a small profit but couldn’t get back in because the logic is waiting for a pullback or some other intricate condition.
Deep draw-downs are a characteristic of trend following systems and this system is no different. However, this script makes use of the TradingView pyramid feature with three NPUs to find better place and even you can change drop percentage in settings for another trigger, accessible from the properties tab.
When trend market break it will stop the trade and usually it takes 2-4 percent loss but don't worry it has prefect money management and you can use it for Futures market and even Spot market.
🔵 Design
This script uses twelve indicators on two time frames. The chart (primary) interval and one higher time frame which is based on the primary. The higher time frame identifies the trend for which the primary will trade. I’ve tried to keep the higher time frame around five times greater than the primary. The original trading algorithms are a port from a much larger program on another trading platform. I’ve converted some of the statistical functions to use standard indicators available on TradingView. The setups make heavy use of the Hull Moving Average in conjunction with EMAs that form the Bill Williams Alligator as described in his book “New Trading Dimensions” Chapter 3. Lag between the Hull and the EMAs form the basis of the entry and exit points. The alligator itself is used to identify the trend main body.
The entire script is around 740 lines of Pine code which is the maximum incidental size given the TradingView limits: local scopes, run-time duration and compile time. I’ve been working on this script for over a year and have tested it on various instruments stock crypto. It performs well on higher liquidity markets that have at least a year of historical data. Though it can be configured to work on any interval between 15 minutes and 4 hour, trend trading is generally a longer term paradigm. For day trading the 10 to 15 minute interval will allow you to catch momentum breakouts. For intraweek trades 30 minutes to 1 hour should give you a trade every other a day.
Inputs to the script use cone centric measurements in effort to avoid exposing adjustments to the various internal indicators. The goal was to keep the inputs relevant to the actual trade entry and exit locations as opposed to a series of MA input values and the like. As a result the strategy exposes over 12 inputs grouped into long or short sections. Inputs are available for the usual minimum profit and stop-loss as well as trade, modes, presets, reports and lots of calibrations. The inputs are numerous, I’m aware. Unfortunately, at this time, TradingView does not offer any other method to get data in the script. The usual initialization files such as cnf, cfg, ini, json and xml files are currently unsupported.

One issue that comes up when comparing the strategy with the study is that the strategy trades show on the chart one bar later than the study. This problem is due to the fact that “strategy.entry()” and “strategy_close()” do not execute on the same bar called. The study, on the other hand, has no such limitation since there are no position routines. However, alerts that are subsequently fired off when triggered in the study are dispatched from the TradingView servers one bar later from the study plot. Therefore the alert you actually receive on your cell phone matches the strategy plot but is one bar later than the study plot.
Please be aware that the data source matters. Cryptocurrency has no central tick repository so each exchange supplies TradingView its feed. Even though it is the same symbol the quality of the data and subsequently the bars that are supplied to the chart varies with the exchange. This script will absolutely produce different results on different data feeds of the same symbol. Be sure to backtest this script on the same data you intend to receive alerts for. Any example settings I share with you will always have the exchange name used to generate the test results.

It sends long and short signals with pyramid orders of up to 3, meaning that the strategy can trigger up to 3 orders in the same direction. Good risk and money management.

The following steps provide a very brief set of instructions that will get you started but will most certainly not produce the best backtest. A trading system that you are willing to risk your hard earned capital will require a well crafted configuration that involves time, expertise and clearly defined goals. As previously mentioned, I have several example configs that I use for my own trading that I can share with you along with a PDF which describes each input in detail. To get hands on experience in setting up your own symbol from scratch please follow the steps below.

This script is meant to capture "TREND FOLLOWING " for intraday charts (1hour) preferably and will hold for days / weeks .trading on forex markets.

This script is original in description as being automated to try and capture dynamic trending markets with both long and short fractal price channels. although trend trading is not an original concept. trend trading with this dynamic indicator allows the user visualize both short term and longer term price action at the same time, helping to make better trading decisions. the channels are designed to buy breakouts in the direction of the longer term trend while trailing stop a built-in stop loss that allows normal market movement while attempting to lock in flexible profits.
The concept of this indicator is be able to quickly visualize trends by high lighting the large green areas beneath price "when trending long" which is the difference between the (user defined) short term lows and the (user defined) Long period price lows.
For "down trending" markets a large red area above price will be displayed and this is the difference between the (user defined) short term highs and the (user defined) long term highs.
This strategy uses a lower than reward profile to jump in direction of market moves for continuation,

This script uses a (user defined period) of short term high and low price ( green/red color) and (user defined period) Long Term high and low price (green/red) chosen in the indicator settings menu.
The default parameters are 10 with a (minimum of 1 and maximum of 10000) for the short term channel and 50 with a (minimum of 1 and maximum of 10000) for the long term price channel , the default parameters = roughly 2 days "long term" and 10 hours "short term" of price action on the (1 hour) chart.
Strategy entries and exits , for Long trades the trade will be entered if the short term high crosses above the Long Term high and the Short term low is not equal to the Long term low . the trade will exit if profit or stop loss are hit or if the Short term low crosses under the long term low.
For Short trades the trade will enter short if , the short term low crosses under the long term low and the short term high is not equal to the long term high. the trade will exit if profit or stop loss are hit or the short term high crosses over the long term high

There are two very important inputs to be selected at the user setting menu "Long Only " and "Short Only" if you are looking to place long trades only select "Long Only" or for short trades select " Short Only" it is not recommended to keep both selected as it will trade both sides!
When the trade is entered a red , a blue and green horizontal dotted line will appear on the chart.
the blue line is the strategy entry price , the red line is the stop loss price , and the green line is the take profit price . the colors will invert if the trade is long or short.
(Setting alerts should be done in the indicator settings menu, and the parameters you chose will determine the stop loss/target and the amount of "units = (position size)" you wish to trade for the (forex only) markets. using "alert() function calls only" is the only alert that should be used with this strategy.
(note : when "alert() function calls only" is set two messages will be sent, one closing any open position in the opposite direction and one placing the new order regardless if you are currently in a trade or not)
Trade targets , stoploss and trade position size are a user defined variables entered in the indicator settings menu. (target pips minimum 0 and a maximum of 1000)(stop pips minimum of 0 and maximum of 1000)
Back test date range is included in the script for back testing different data periods.

The avoid spread filter is a user defined time in which the spread is typically higher than average, applying this filter avoids trades in the specified time. When this filter is applied there will be a transparent red back ground color in the specified time.

at the time of this publication placing trades with the "Oanda" broker are as follows , USD units = 2000 equal 2000 USD position size . "Oanda" current leverage is 20 to 1 for this particular pair and commission is paid in spread (1.4) pips = 0.19 USD per trade , Margin required for the trade is 100.0 USD , Position sizing = 10% of a 1000 USD account.

PRICE CHANNEL MEAN REVERSIONThis script is a Fully Automated trading script meant to be used with "Oanda" broker and the plug-ins for algorithmic trading automation.( FOREX ONLY)
This script is meant to capture "MEAN REVERSION " for intraday charts (1hour) preferably and will hold for days / weeks .trading on forex markets.
(The combination of indicators includes a high and low price channel along with a fast moving average)
This script is original in the description of Alan Hulls moving average combined with the high and low closing of price action.
The concept of this mean reversion strategy is to try and capture price exhaustive moves . The moving average is fast and most times remains in the channel. when the moving average overshoots the channel the average price of the instrument is thought to be rising or falling faster then average, indicating a possibility that the instrument may revert (pull back) this strategy aims to capture that pull back.
This strategy uses a higher risk than reward profile to jump in front of market moves (4 risk to 1 reward)
in the likelihood the instrument will revert back (example) 25 pips before it continues 100 pips in the current direction.
This strategy should only be used in markets that you believe are mean reverting at the time of trading otherwise you will be jumping Infront of a possible trend and the price can continue in the trending direction for an unknown specified amount of time.
This script uses a (user defined period) fast moving average ( green/red color) and (user defined period) price channel (White/Blue) chosen in the indicator settings menu.
The default parameters are 55 with a (minimum of 1 and maximum of 10000) for the moving average and 50 with a (minimum of 1 and maximum of 10000) for the price channel , the default parameters = roughly 2 days of price action on the (1 hour) chart.

the upper band (white line) is the highest close of the specified period and the lower band (blue line) is the lowest close of the same period.
When the fast moving average over shoots the price channel (exits) then crosses back into the price channel (enters) it will trigger a long or short trade.
The long signal is given when the the moving average crosses below the low band then crosses back above the low band . The trade long trade will be entered and the trade will exit if the stop loss or profit targets are hit or if the short signal is given the trade will close then reverse.
The short trade will be entered if the fast moving average crosses above the upper band (white line) then crosses back down through the upper band (white line) The trade short trade will be entered and the trade will exit if the stop loss or profit targets are hit or if the long signal is given the trade will close then reverse.

The PSStrategyX tool was developed to solve a common problem faced by traders who use Pine Script on TradingView: the inability to integrate Pine Script with exchanges through TradingView.
Without this integration, traders need to go through several extra steps to live trade their Pine Script strategies on a real exchange with real money. This includes finding a broker, learning the new syntax for the broker, and placing that syntax correctly in the strategy.

█ HOW TO USE THIS?
Using the PSStrategyX trading tool is a straightforward process that requires a few key steps:
1 — Generate trading signals: You need a signal generator that can provide buy and sell signals for your preferred trading instrument(s).
You can use TradingView's indicators or create your own custom indicators using TradingView's Pine programming language.
2 — Connect trading signals to PSStrategyX: You will use 2 scripts on your chart. One generates buy/sell/exit signals, and the other is the PSStrategyX script executing those signals as trades.
To set this up you will need to make sure that your signal generator is an indicator, NOT a strategy.
Make sure the signals are being plotted buy = 1; sell = -1; exit = 0; signals in one plot. Exits are optional.

You will choose the plot with buy/sell/exit signals inside the PSStrategyX tool to execute trades. If you need help, check out the docs for more details.
3 — Set up the broker connector (optional): If you want to take live trades with this tool, you will need to set up a third party connecter. Once set up, everything is automated. See more details in the "authors instructions." at the bottom of this post.
4 — Set up an exchange account (optional): If you want to trade on an exchange, you will need to set up an account with the exchange you plan to use.
The Broker Connector supports a range of popular exchanges, including Binance, Bitfinex, Kraken, Oanda and more.

█ LIMITATIONS
Here are some important limitations to keep in mind when using the PSStrategyX trading tool:
General:
— Once the alert is sent, there is no way to monitor positions on any exchange. The order will be processed by the broker connector and sent to the exchange.
While this usually works fine, it's important to check the log for errors.
Sometimes the broker connector may fail to process the order, or the exchange may not process it for various reasons.
— The tool sends TP/SL orders with the entry order when possible to protect your order in case of errors or if you lose a connection.
However, not all exchanges accept TP/SL orders, and sometimes your entry order will be left unprotected.
FIFO:
— This tool DOES NOT support the First In First Out (FIFO) method for closing positions.
— Instead, it uses the ANY method. There currently is no way to make this variable.

What does PSStrategyX do exactly?
PSStrategyX is a strategy enhancing, backtester, forwardtester, automation and simulation tool. It's NOT a signal generator, and does not produce buy/sell signals by itself. You provide buy/sell signals, and PSStrategyX will put those signals on steroids...basically.
PSStrategyX helps you figure out what indicators actually work. Without wasting time learning how to code.
Why did you choose AutoView for this tool?
AutoView offered the best integration I could find. They allow you to connect to test exchanges for free, which is great for practicing without using real money. They also work without using webhooks, which means you can live trade without paying for Tradingview pro. Additionally, AutoView supports many different exchanges. Why doesn't Tradingview automatically connect Pine Script to exchanges?
This is a great question, but unfortunately I don't have the answer. It would definitely be helpful if Tradingview provided this feature, but it might also put some brokers out of business.

EMA Stoch Strategy For ProfitViewThis strategy will enter positions when the set stochastic conditions are met, and uses the moving average to filter the direction of the trades (long/short). The background is used to illustrate the strength of the stochastic values.
The following is a step by step guide in order to automate the trading of the strategy with ProfitView:
In the indicator settings, set the desired stochastic and ema values, and the stochastic condition you want to use to enter a trade.
In the indicator, set which exchange, symbol, and account to execute trades on.
In the indicator, set the PV Alert names you intend to use. If you want to use the same names as provided in the pastebin below, you may set the three names to Market Long, Market Short, TP SL Hit.
In PV, create two new PV Alerts in the PV Alert tab in accordance to these specifics pastebin.com .
On the Tradingview chart you want the indicator run on, create a new TV alert with this script as its condition, and specify the alert to "alert() function calls only".
Volume fight strategyThe Volume fight strategy looks for the predominance of bullish or bearish trading volume on the chart by dividing the trading volume in the bar into 2 parts - "bullish volume" and "bearish volume", and comparing the weighted average values by volume with each other at a given distance.
This strategy is suitable for any instrument (cryptocurrency, Forex, stocks) and is able to work on any TF.
The Volume fight strategy should be used as an auxiliary indicator that tells you who is currently prevailing in the market - " bulls "or"bears".
To configure the strategy , it is necessary to set the range of evaluation of the predominance of bullish or bearish volume (the number of bars, by default-24 bars for TF=1H). The smaller the TF, the higher the range value should be used to filter out false signals.
When there is a predominance of "bulls" on the chart, a green triangle appears (relevant at the close of the bar) and the histogram is highlighted in green, when "bears" appear on the chart, a red triangle appears (relevant at the close of the bar) and the histogram is highlighted in red.
In the strategy settings, there is smoothing to reduce false signals and highlight the flat zone by specifying a percentage, at least which should be the difference between the forces of the "bullish" and "bearish" volume . If the difference between the volume forces is less than the specified one (by default-15%), the zone is considered flat and is displayed in gray on the histogram.
If you set the percentage to zero, the flat zones will not be highlighted, but there will be much more false signals, since the strategy becomes very sensitive when the smoothing percentage decreases.
There is a function-to show the color background of the current trading zone. For" bullish "- green, for" bearish " - red.
In the settings, you can enable the display and use of each signal in the trading zone, not only the initial one, but also each after the flat zone. By default, only the signal of the beginning of the ascending/descending zone is used.
The strategy has alerts for "bullish" and "bearish" movements.

Данная стратегия подходит для любого инструмента (криптовалюта, Forex, акции) и способен работать на любом ТФ.
Стратегию Volume fight следует использовать как вспомогательный индикатор, который подсказывает Вам кто сейчас преобладает на рынке - "быки" или "медведи".
Для настройки стратегии необходимо выставить диапазон оценки преобладания бычьего или медвежьего объема (количество баров, по умолчанию - 24 бара для ТФ=1Ч). Чем меньше ТФ, тем выше следует использовать значение диапазона, чтобы отфильтровать ложные сигналы.
При возникновении преобладания на графике "быков" появляется зелёный треугольник (актуален по закрытию бара) и гистограмма подсвечивается зелёным цветом, при возникновении на графике "медведей" появляется красный треугольник (актуален по закрытию бара) и гистограмма подсвечивается красным цветом.
В настройках стратегии есть сглаживание для уменьшения ложных сигналов и выделения зоны флета с помощью указания процента, не менее которого, должна быть разница между силами "бычьего" и "медвежьего" объёма. Если разница между силами объёмов меньше заданного (по умолчанию - 15%), то зона считается флетовой и отображается на гистограмме серым цветом.
Если выставить процент равным нулю, то зоны флета выделяться не будут, но будет гораздо больше ложных сигналов, так как стратегия становится очень чувствительной при снижении процента сглаживания.
Есть функция - показывать цветовой фон текущей торговой зоны. Для "бычьего" - зелёный, для "медвежьего" - красный.
В настройках можно включить отображение и использование каждого сигнал в торговой зоне, не только начального, но и каждого после зоны флета. По умолчанию - только сигнал начала восходящей/нисходящей зоны.
Стратегия имеет оповещения для "бычьего" и "медвежьего" движения.
