Looks like a wedge pattern that is likely to break down. Will watch for a break above the $17 mark to start the next run or may be time to sell at the upper line of the wedge.

The announcement of the sale of 44 million more shares basically means the short squeeze is likely dead. Fair value for this stock after Friday's issuance of shares is about $1.80. That doesn't mean it couldn't keep getting pumped, but I would steer clear until Friday after lunch.
