Btc next move?

Since 22 june btc is making Higher lows on hourly and 4 hourly time frames. But at this point what worries me the most is that so far we haven't made any notable Higher high. Currently we are roaming around previous week's high (35750), if we manage to flip this resistance then we can aim for another Higher high after the retest, after that we will be aiming for our major resistance zone (40-42k). But for all that to happen we need to flip this resistance, failure from here would mean that we registered a Lower High, which is not a good sign and we might see some lower levels before going up again.
