Citi Group Bullish set up?

Citi has been consolidating in a range for over 7 months. I believe the price will start moving up very shortly. You could see higher lows forming at the bottom of the range, indication of accumulation. The chart looks promising and the fundamentals say this is very undervalued. Check out this 2 links below. The 1st link is Bank of America marketcap, Sales, Income etc.. The 2nd link is Citi Group. Compare the 2 and tell me why Citi Groups marketcap isn't at least 300 billion.
