No bias here. Let's look at the chart. Above the 200 dma; however 3.42% from ATH's with overhead resistance. The .764 fib, virtually no retracement, overhead supply, only 6 handles from back inside the descending TL, and below the 200. Right at LPSY, which is not favorable for bulls.
