ETH Elliott Wave Impulse complete?

Lots of great confluence where we got the bounce today, been tracking it for awhile now, but is this THE pivot and impulse complete? Is the question...hence the question mark...So I will be watching these levels and let the market tell me where the count is. Breaking 1470 would have me leaning more toward the impulse being complete. Depending how the PA gets to these levels will also, hopefully, give me a clue on weather this bounce is just a retracement of the sharp move down or if more up is potential.
