I explained my view on Gold on the chart. At this point, I believe that the only way to trade gold is from the short side. Bullish signals that fail to attract buying are the most bearish signals you can get, and vice-versa. However, people tend to trade a bullish/bearish divergence after it has failed or materialized, hence the misconception that most divergences are fake. No, they are not fake, you just aren't good at trading them, or at trading in general.
