GE power, trend change, can we expect 200 % gain from CMP ?

GE Power, trend change with volume, can catch at the bottom, hold for ATH, could take time, so need patience. Interesting to note - when every other stock was running in last 2-3 years, this stock was going down. Now it has formed a base and chaged trend, and we all know when trends change, resistances break. Disclaimer - personal opinion only.
