Give LTC just a little more time
Based on the daily, I wager that LTC will begin to make steady to big moves back upward. I'd prefer steady to be honest. But it is as the market decides.
Daily RSI is entering oversold conditions, which may mean a little more weakness for a few days which gives buyers time to form positions. It probably wont last long though, since the RSI daily hasn't been oversold in quite some time. MACd showing some upward momentum on the 4h which is great. I'd' say buys should be placed for long positions between now and the next 2 days (based on gut feeling mostly). Invest wisely, DYOR, learn, and remember this is coming from a noob who is learning this all in the last 6 months or so. So it's basically an irrelevant analysis,.. unless it isn't.
