This analysis has been created for a learning purpose.
The M pattern has been formed on the 5 minute time frame.
So we should think of going for the shortposition.
The last candle at 3:30 has closed near the strong high resistance line created by me. I am thinking from this perspective. It would be wise to create a short position in tomorrow's market.
The market will have to fight many barriers to go up.
1.First of all the issue is the resistance I have created. The market will have to break that.
2.As soon as that resistance is broken, a barrier of weekly closing will come.
3.If the barrier of weekly closing is broken then after this another zone will come which is called 61.8 zone.
4.If the market goes down, it will have to break its day low. As soon as it is broken, the week low is also there.
