The price mustn't break 1.21 because 1.21 can be though as the beginning of the bullish 3rd wave.
To make lime 5, bullish 12345 or 123456789 waves must be formed to break lime 3.
If you wanna have a new long position, wait for the candle closed bullish.
Because in this chart, waves can be counted with the colors of candles.
