Most of the economists gave A to Janet Yellen despite the fact that Fed's failed to tighten financial conditions. Three raises of interest rates since the end of 2016 didn't affect the economy at all - stock market keep going up, the dollar has not appreciated and investors don't believe that Fed is serious.
