After plan increasing RATE Dollars are power up!

Long term trend (violet line) is down.
Mid term trend (green line) is up.
Short term trend (blue line) is up.
and now price trying to test middle short term trend (green dash line).
in this price action we can see its fail to break.
if next week cannot break or stand on price up.
may be we consider to SELL target is bottom green line.
