Time-based Alert Indicator
This Pine Script indicator is designed to trigger alerts at a specific time of day, making it perfect for flattening positions or sending specific alert messages at certain times.
Features:
- Custom Alert Time: Users can set a specific hour and minute for the alert using a 24-hour format.
- Timezone Selection: By default, the alert time is based on Eastern Time (New York). However, users can opt to use Central Time (exchange time) instead.
- Visual Confirmation: The indicator plots the current time on the chart for debugging and verification purposes.
- Single Alert per Day: Ensures the alert is triggered only once per day at the specified time.
How to Use:
1. Add the Indicator to Your Chart: Apply the indicator to your TradingView chart.
2. Set Alert Time: Enter the desired alert hour and minute in the input fields labeled "Alert Hour" and "Alert Minute" (in 24-hour format).
3. Timezone Selection: Check the box labeled "Use Central Time (Exchange)" if you want the alert time to be based on Central Time (exchange time). Leave it unchecked for Eastern Time (New York).
4. Monitor Your Chart: The indicator will plot the current time on your chart and trigger an alert when the specified time is reached.
