Bands based on ATR values added and subtracted from EMA

Inputs:
ATR Period
EMA Period
Coefficient - multiplier of ATR

Could use it for finding optimal entries in the right direction - whenever price breaks below the band if it comes into the strong level, it's a high probability counter-trend trade
