Multiple Moving Averages

This script plots up to five Moving Averages, either Simple or Exponential (9, 20, 50, 100 and 200 days period by default).

When the line display is activated, the indicator shows the moving averages as horizontal lines to help visualize confluences with other levels on the chart.
