Changed the colors and default values. Multiples of 15 seem to be working great, especially on lower timeframes

Made some changes to the default values of the McGinley moving averages.
The values that seem to work the absolute best are 13, 25, 50 and 100.
I kept the remaining ones, with default white colors in case anyone wants to experiment with different values and customise them to their liking.
The only ones I use personally are the 13, 25 and 50.
