Crossing the Smoothed Moving Averages with settings 5 & 13 give you confident signal for selling or buying.
IMPORTANT: Signal is always late.

SELL: Short SMMA (5) cross the Long SMMA (13) from top
BUY: Short SMMA (5) cross the Long SMMA (13) from down
