this filter identifies stocks where the entire daily candlestick touches all three Bollinger Bands: the high touches the upper band, the low touches the lower band, and the close is near the middle band. It helps find stocks with significant price movement within the Bollinger Bands, potentially indicating high volatility or key trend reversals.
