Donchian Anchored Vwap + Handoffs

In this script I try to incorporate Brian Shannon's Anchored VWAP hand off system into an automated initial anchoring system using Donchian Highs and Lows.
I have also added an average of all the hand-off vwaps.

Higher values in "Donchain Lookback" will display longer term sentiment and vice versa.
