2. The Cloud telling me 90% up from here is imminent
   
3. EMA telling me the same 90% upside potential
   

Fundamentals:

1. Debt going down
   
2. Positive consistent earnings
   
3. With more vehicles moving to Smart Vehicles, QNX and IVY scope is big.
   
4. Many of their customers, like Rivian, are getting into the production mode
