Ballard power systems have created a bookish Cup and Handle pattern on its charts. Both the cup and handle have been formed. It needs a daily closing above $3.11 for confirmation of entry. The targets are 4.65, 6.35 and 9.45 almost 3 times the current price. The SL should be kept around $2.85. Another positive thing is that the daily RSI has gone past 60 (For educational purposes only)
