Maybe bitcoin history repeated ? Bitcoin Bearish!

i found a QM pattern in bitcoin price at 2017 drop. and now i see a pattern like QM pattern in 2021. may be history repeated ?
may be bitcoin price reversal from this price ? or goes higher ?
