Cybin is a company which focuses on the production and marketing of medical cannabis. It was listed in the Alt-X of the JSE 25th June 2024 as a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) and plans to acquire Cilo Cybin Pharmaceutical. Cilo Cybin is to make 10% of its 71m ordinary shares available to the market - which probably means it will be very thinly traded at least to begin with. The company's CEO is Gabriel Theron.
